Your first session (intake session) will focus on beginning the process of getting to know you and your reason for embarking on your therapeutic journey. This session will involve assessment and conversation about your history, your life, your relationships, and more.

Currently only virtual services are offered. This provides the opportunity for you to conveniently and comfortably access services from any private location.

Although insurance is not currently accepted, health savings account cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo are an accepted form of payment. Contact your insurance company regarding possible out-of-network benefits.

The length of therapy is dependent on your needs, the challenges you are facing, the severity of impact on your life and well-being, and your overall commitment to the process of healing and growth.
